Reach and Touch Charity Initiative Registers as an Incorporated Trustee in Nigeria

Reach and Touch Charity Initiative is now formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria, as an Incorporated Trustee — a milestone that formalises its governance and accountability structure.

July 25, 2021

Reach and Touch Charity Initiative today announced its formal registration as an Incorporated Trustee (Non-Governmental, Non-Profit Organisation) with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigeria, under registration number 162178, dated 26 July 2021. This registration establishes the organisation's legal and governance foundation as it works to support children with special needs and their families through inclusive education, therapy support, caregiver empowerment, disability advocacy, child protection, and community inclusion. "To create an inclusive society where every child with special needs is valued, supported, and given equal opportunity to thrive, and where families are empowered to provide loving, informed, and resilient care." said a spokesperson for the organisation, describing the vision that underpins the Initiative's work. With this registration in place, Reach and Touch Charity Initiative is positioned to formalise partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders, and to build the transparent governance systems needed to sustain long-term support for families raising children with special needs.
