Leadership Guided by Compassion, Integrity, and Service

Meet the dedicated leaders, trustees, advisors, and professionals working together to create a more inclusive future for children with special needs and their families.

Our Approach to Leadership

Collaboration, Accountability, and Trust

Servant Leadership

Our leaders serve the mission first — every decision is measured against the children and families we exist to support.

Ethical Governance

Clear separation between the Board of Trustees and executive management, with defined authority and accountability at every level.

Transparency

Open communication with beneficiaries, donors, and partners about how decisions are made and resources are used.

Child-Centred Decisions

Every policy and programme choice starts with what best protects and empowers the child at the centre of it.
