Reach and Touch Charity Initiative has developed and formalised safeguarding, governance, and accountability systems tailored specifically to child protection and disability-sensitive programming. This work reinforces the organisation's commitment to protecting the dignity, safety, and rights of every child it serves, in line with its published Safeguarding Policy and Child Protection Policy. The Initiative maintains a clear separation between its Board of Trustees and executive management team, annual budgeting with multi-level approval for expenditures, and confidential reporting pathways for safeguarding concerns.
