Celine Chimchebem serves as the Country Representative of Reach & Touch Charity Initiative, providing strategic leadership in expanding the organization's national presence, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and advancing its mission of improving the lives of children with special needs and their families. As the organization's principal representative across the country, she works to build strong partnerships with government institutions, development agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, corporate organizations, and community leaders to create sustainable opportunities for vulnerable children.
In her role, Celine leads advocacy initiatives that promote disability inclusion, child protection, equal access to education, and community awareness. She coordinates national outreach activities, supports strategic planning, and facilitates collaboration between regional stakeholders to ensure that organizational programs respond effectively to the diverse needs of communities.
Celine believes that meaningful social change begins with collaboration and community engagement. She is passionate about creating inclusive environments where children with disabilities are respected, supported, and empowered to realize their full potential.
